DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
This page shows all members currently under disciplinary actions. A member can be under multiple actions at once, to serve concurrently or consecutively. Any infraction must be reported within 24hrs. Any accusations being contested will be brought before court. All concerned parties will be ordered to appear and should supply the Secretary with a max. of 3 witnesses to support your case. If a member cannot appear in court, they must notify the VP before ordered appearance ASAP. All members accused of an offence will be notified and given 7 days to respond.

No contest. Court will decide what action will be taken at next meeting.

Contest chargers. You will be notified to appear in court to answer any charges brought against you.
Member must drive crash truck at the rear of the next 3 organized runs he attends. Member must notify Road Captain or Senior Patch of his status before run. Road Captain must notify site admin of Members Compliance.
Member must not ride bike in any club event for a predetermined amount of time. Member may ride as passenger on fellow members bike. Member must report status to Senior Patch attending. Senior must notify Site Admin. of Members Compliance.
Patch Suspension. For a predetermined amount of time Member may not wear Patch, participate in any Club organized events, Runs, etc. Member may not vote.
Members Kicked from Club.
Ex-Members BANNED from joining any Rebels MC Chapter.
I also have an idea of having members serve as ol'ladies for a predetermined lenght of time. Would like to hear thoughts.
