RUN FORMATIONS

The road captain should always lead & is responsible for setting the pace & keeping the Formation.

The Formation could be easily flipped so the Road Captain is in the right side mini-lane.

It's illegal to ride two abreast in Australia & some states in the U.S. (see charity & Funeral Formations).

All cars must follow the Formation.

If any member is missing the rest of the riders just tighten up the Formation & fill the gaps.

Formations should ride either in the right lane (2 lane hwy) or centre lane (3 or more lane hwy).

The Formation should be tight enough as to not allow cars to break it.

The Road Captain should allow enough time for the entire Formation to move over safely when entering or exiting a hwy ramp or changing lanes.

In large Formations the Road Captain, any Assistants & the Tail Gunner must be able to communicate.

If a rider is out of position he must join at the rear of section  that his Patch allows with riders behind making room.

All invited quests & hangarounds ride behind the Prospects & are the responsibility of the Tail Gunner.

It's not unusual in large groups or with a large amount of guests to have another Full Patch member in the rear assisting the Tail Gunner.

We can add to these but I don't think we should change any, for safetys' sake.
